Full Capacity LLC was formed in 2008 after the City of New York implemented new building codes that completely revamped the inspection and testing procedures for elevators, escalators and other vertical transportation equipment in buildings.

The new and more stringent elevator/escalator code created an opportunity for elevator professionals to focus on safety and maintenance via third-party witnessing.
